Return/Refund applicability
All our products are perishable in nature, hence we could not offer returns, refunds or exchange.
Exceptions
We follow a thoughtfully laid down order processing mechanism and are very diligent while shipping our products, still, in the following cases, we may consider your refund request, subject to completion of the laid down resolution process by Nuick’s team.
- If you received a wrong product
- If you received a product with tampered or damaged packaging
- If you received an expired product
In these cases, Nuick’s team will request for more details to process your refund request. After reviewing the details shared by you, Nuick’s team will confirm whether or not your order is eligible for refund as per our Nuick’s Refund policy. In all these cases, the decision of Nuick’s team shall be final and binding.
Resolution process
At Nuick, we will always strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied. Rest assured, we will make all possible attempts to pacify you with our resolution process.
Please mail us at hello@nuickfoods.com, within 24 hours of delivery of the product, the issue that you are facing with the product along with details of the order. Post 24 hours, we would not be able to attend to your return/refund request under any circumstances.
Our customer service representative will get in touch with you within 3 business days to understand the issue that you are facing and will attempt to provide you with a resolution.
We may request you to provide more details, including actual pictures of the product and/or unpacking video to offer you a resolution. Upon submission of all the details sought by us and evaluation by Nuick’s team, we shall communicate the resolution to you.
In case, you are eligible for a refund, we will tender an apology and will refund your entire order amount as per Nuick’s Refund policy. We’ll also take a note that such incident do not repeat.
It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation
Once the order is placed, you may cancel the order within 30 minutes of placement of the order. Post 30 minutes, we would not be able to attend to your cancellation request, under any circumstances. If the order is cancelled within 30 minutes, entire order amount will be refunded as per Nuick’s Refund policy.
It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Other Terms and Conditions
Refunds will be issued to the purchaser only through the original payment method that was used to place the order.
In case of expired or wrong products delivered, the products must be returned in the original condition and packaging should be intact. We will arrange for return pick-up in these cases. Once we receive the product back and it passes the inspection check, we will proceed ahead with the refund process. We’ll keep you updated at all the stages. At any stage, if it is established that the product is used/abused or the packaging is damaged/altered with at your end, the refund request will not be processed further and you will be intimated accordingly.
